This elegantly designed 36 m² apartment has everything you need: a cozy double bed, a sofa bed for up to 2 additional guests, and a fully equipped kitchenette with an induction stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and NESPRESSO coffee machine. A washing machine is also available. The mezzanine level with a walk-in closet combines functionality with style. The newly renovated bathroom features a rain shower for a refreshing start to your day. Enjoy relaxing or working on the spacious terrace – your furry friend will feel right at home here too! The central location makes the apartment perfect for business travelers and tourists alike. You’re just minutes away from the Rhein-Main Congress Center, the market square, and the train station. Despite its city center location, the rear building ensures a quiet atmosphere at night. Important: - An online form (§29 BMG) must be completed before check-in. - Be aware of the low ceiling in the mezzanine level. You can not stand upright. (see pictures) Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment. The private terrace invites you to unwind – perfect for you and your dog. Other things to note - Bed linen and towels are of course provided. - ATTENTION: due to the low ceiling height of the sleeping area (especially at the edge of the mezzanine) and the unsecured staircase, this studio is not suitable for children or people with reduced mobility.
