If you book the whole house, you would have five guest rooms that can sleep up to twelve people and four and a half baths.  The space One or two rooms not enough to hold your entire group?  Well, maybe the entire Bed and Breakfast would do it!  If you book the whole house, you would have five guest rooms that can sleep up to twelve people and four and a half baths.  All of our common areas would be yours to personally enjoy -- the game room (billiards, ping-pong, foosball, board games), the great room full of couches, the kitchen (fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc.), and the backyard, complete with large saltwater pool!  It's a great way to have everyone together!  * The rental of the whole B&B does not include breakfast. ** A 20% deposit is required to reserve the full house.  This deposit will be applied to your balance at check-in, and is fully refundable up to 2 weeks before your date. Guest access All outside entry doors and bedroom doors have keypad locks on them. You will be provided with your personalized doorcode prior to your arrival. Normal check-in time is 3pm and normal check-out is 11am. Early check-in is sometimes available upon request. The swimming pool closes at 10pm. Feel free to wander around our 7.5 acres, but please do not cross any fences you may see as these mark our property boundaries. Crossing these boundaries is considered trespassing and will hurt the relationships we have built with our neighbors. Other things to note No parties are allowed. A few additional daytime guests or family members are sometimes allowed but require pre-approval. The pool closes at 10pm, and all outdoor noise on the patio needs to be moved inside at 10pm as well out of consideration for our neighbors. DJ's and speaker stacks are not allowed at any time, but bluetooth speakers are fine! Please note, breakfast is not included with whole house rentals. The price for full-house rental has been lowered to offset this.
