Our home away from home is perfectly situated on the coast of Rhode Island making it an ideal location. Enjoy the water, the history, the cuisine & great wineries. The In-Law Suite on the first floor, which has a separate entrance, is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families & of course their canine friends. Relax in our large fenced in yard & don't forget to watch the sunset as you sit around the fire pit & enjoy a warm fire. The space The in-law suite offers the privacy you would expect when renting an entire home. However, the cost is more affordable. Rental includes full use of yard, and outdoor fire pit (also used by owner). Rental also includes Barbeque, outdoor shower, kyacks, chairs exclusive to the guest. We provide bed linen and bath towels. Guest access Use of "shared" yard and fire pit. Rental includes exclusive barbecue, outdoor table & chairs, and shower. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and 3 kyacks. Other things to note Enjoy and evening sitting in front of the outdoor fire pit. Don't worry about wood, there's plenty along back fence.
