The unit overlooks peaceful and beautiful woods and is located just 8 miles south of Bloomington and IU. Perfect for taking in scenic views of Lake Monroe or nearby hiking, the Overlook is a 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom condominium featuring lodge style accommodations a well equipped kitchen perfect for families and friends. Fun guaranteed but parties/events not allowed. Lake and golf life combined if that's your cup of tea! Very large unit filled with lots of natural light boasting six bedrooms (queen beds), two twins and three full bathrooms. High quality linens, well stocked kitchen, large dining area and living room, poker and pool tables, tvs perfect for streaming, an XBOX with an assorted collection of games, board games, corn hole, croquet, and a large deck with ample seating and Weber grills (propane supplied:-) Sister property is the Overloft property and is located upstairs and accessible through its own staircase and private entrance. You have access to the entire home as well as a large outdoor deck with seating and Weber grill (deck and grill are shared with sister unit, Overloft which is a separate and located on 2nd floor with separate access and amenities). Golfing on property, Boating nearby. The swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts located directly across the parking lot are not available to guests of the Overlook or Overloft as they are owned by the Eagle Bay and Eagle Bay II Homeowner's Association. Unauthorized access is unacceptable and cause for immediate removal and cancellation without a refund. Swimming pool access is provided at the clubhouse.
