The well-maintained 3-story property includes an open-concept main floor with updated kitchen, dining and lounge area. Cozy furniture, a beautiful 2-story stone fireplace and picturesque views of Wynne Lake invite you to relax and entertain in the great room after a day outside. 2 bedrooms, shared bath and laundry center complete the main floor. A loft bedroom with 2 twins and a queen bed and private bath overlook the main floor and share the incredible lake views. The lower level was renovated in 2021 to provide a fun-for-all-ages gameroom with lounge furniture, poker table, shuffleboard, flat-screen tv, gas fireplace and more! Guests are welcomed to use the association amenities (seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub, tennis courts, hiking trails, beaches, docks, and playground) during their stay at our Villa. The Lakeview Villa overlooks Wynne Lake and sits across from the Chamonix and Helsinki alpine chair lifts. The winter ski chalet, Legends golf course, restaurants, bars and shopping are approx 1/4 mile north, and the Quarry golf course clubhouse is 1.5 miles to the south. Our other Stay at the Lake properties are within walking distance and the more secluded Green Gate Guest Houses Stay in the Woods campus is just 3 miles south on the Giants Ridge road. Guest access Guests enjoy full access to all our Association's amenities including seasonal outdoor pool/hot tub, beaches, paddle boats/boards (fee applies), firepit, tennis/pickleball court, playground, and walking/hiking trails. Giants Ridge Golf and Ski operations, outdoor climbing tower, disc golf, dining and lift-served mountain bike/xc trails are all nearby and require additional fees/passes (see Giants Ridge for current conditions and fees). Other things to note This property is one of 60 privately-owned units in the Villas at Giants Ridge Association. The outdoor common space and association amenities are shared among all owners and guests. Please respect quiet hours and limit your vehicles to 3 spaces/unit.
