This immaculate, beautiful craftsman-style home in the most coveted neighborhood is everyone's favorite and is the best location for bus routes, coffee shop, groceries, corner deli, very close to Capitol Lake with eagles and deer for neighbors. Also included: High end furnishings Storage space Walk-in closet All high end linens Washer/Dryer Microwave Complete All-Clad cookware Fully Appointed Kitchen Owner maintained yard Premiere Xfinity TV on 2 TVs Short walk to the State Capitol building The space Live large in this small, efficient, one bedroom home with all of the typical olympiafurnishedhomes luxuries and views of Capitol Lake and the State Capitol Building. This home gets an A+ for location, being in the safest, most desirable neighborhood. There is plenty of off-street parking, but no garage. This is a 740 square ft. home with great views out each window. From the west windows you will gaze upon Capitol Lake and the lights across the way at night. From the east windows you will see a peaceful street scene and the beautiful neighborhood view. From the south windows you will see a small forest of stately Douglas fir and maples. And, best of all is the north view of the State Capitol building, which glows at night. Guest access Welcome to Pequeña de Aqua, the upstairs apartment of Casa de Aqua. The home has private entrance with only the large yard shared. The front porch has a patio set that is used by this home only, as the downstairs home has a large back porch. Other things to note The Water Street duplex is better known as the Margaret McKenny (or Nisqually) home. She lived in the home for many years and was a famous naturalist. It is located across the street from the Lord Mansion, which was donated to the State of Washington in the 40's for use as a museum, and recently is being managed by the Evergreen State College, and the Coach House or any part of the mansion can be rented for meetings, or events.
