This uniquely scenic property rests on 1/2+ acre of land, from the street to the beach, peppered with shade provided by pitch pines and deciduous trees. Unit B sleeps 6 total, 4 adults maximum. The space The master bedroom with a queen bed, closet and television directly overlooks the ocean. The second bedroom, also with a queen bed, has ocean views and ample closet space. The loft, with an opening and screened skylight and accessible by fixed ladder, has two twin beds. There's a LaZboy queen sleeper sofa in the living room.Rate is based on no linens or bathroom towels. Please add $35 per person if desired. There is a full dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and kitchenware. Clothes washer and dryer are in the private basement. There is an enclosed side porch with table chairs and Anderson windows and screens. There is an outside side porch with table, chairs and umbrella. The bright front porch is private and offers lawn and beautiful ocean views, but no games on lawn. The 2nd floor bathroom has tub/shower, toilet and vanity. The newly renovated downstairs bathroom has a new Delta shower, 36" granite vanity and new Kohler toilet. A full bathroom is found upstairs and a full bath downstairs. A new 55" LG smart TV in living room with YouTube TV. A 32" Samsung TV in Master Bedroom with Roku and YouTube TV. Other things to note The third bedroom is a loft with ladder access which can sleep up to two.There's also a sleeper sofa in the living room.
