Fabulous Family Friendly Home - close to beach!

5 BR, 3 BA home - just a delight! Picture perfect home w/central air conditioning, internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 4 televisions, 3 VCRS, 2 DVDS players, stereo, screened porch, 8 rocking chairs, well stocked kitchen, gas grill, wood burning fireplace, bright sunny naturally lit spaces, decks front and rear, outside dining, and 3 outside lounges for soaking up the sun. It really is as good and comfy as it looks! Large and small - we have hosted them all! The space Public access to canals and bay within community. Walks/bike rides along the canals, kids playing all around, a back yard that is ideal for horse shoes -- a perfect back drop for reconnecting with family and friends. Please be sure to pack your own linens and towels, or we can make arrangements for you to rent them for your duration. We have plenty blankets, bed pillows and a few kitchen towels for your use. The washer and dryer are located on the second floor. The kitchen has ample plates, pans, silverware, glassware, plastic ware, cups and a number of kitchen appliances. Additionally, you will need to provide your own paper products, spices, herbs, cooking oils, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent. (Cabinet above microwave typically houses a communal offering of select cooking items.) If you are need of a particular item, they can usually be purchased locally and affordably (Dollar General, Giant, Hockers, Weis' Market, etc.) or if room in the car is tight! We have on site beach chairs and sand toys, and the occasional bike, but make no promise as to their condition when you check in. PLEASE NOTE: 1. We rent primarily weekly, Saturday to Saturday from mid May - October. Exceptions may apply. 2. All rentals are subject to an 8% South Bethany Beach Sales Tax 3. Pets only permitted with owner's permission and an additional fee will apply 4. Someone 26 or older must be on the premises at all times and you must be 26 or older to rent the property. Guest access Full use of the house while there. If you want to water the potted, plants, that would be marvelous! Outside shower under house (in operation April - October) and we STRONGLY encourage you to use to keep the sand in the house down to a minimum. Other things to note We ask that all guests sign a lease - it is very simple, 2.5 pages, answers a lot of questions and outlines our respective responsibilities. A few days before arrival you will receive a welcome email with all sorts of housekeeping tips and access information. If you are not 26 and wish to rent the property you will need to have someone 26 or older sign a lease and post a $500 security deposit.
