Beautiful Townhouse on Folly Beach w/ a POOL!

Charleston has been voted as the NUMBER 1 DESTINATION city in the WORLD! FOLLY BEACH is one of the main reasons for this city's success and beauty. We are located about 15 minutes away from downtown Charleston, which is the closest in proximity of the three beaches. This townhouse is the perfect set up and location for a family that is looking to vacation on Folly Beach. Recently remodeled and located just a short walk to the center of town AND one of the most BEAUTIFUL beaches in Charleston! The space Charleston has been voted as the NUMBER 1 city in the WORLD by Conde Nast! The pristine beaches are a large draw to the area and Folly Beach is the closest to downtown. This townhouse is the perfect set up and location for a family that is looking to vacation and still be close by to everything Charleston has to offer! This newly remodeled townhouse provides an open floor plan that is ideal for larger groups to gather. The kitchen's granite counter tops provide ample space for cooking and sharing stories. The kitchen shares a flowing space with the living room and dining room where you can enjoy a wonderful family style dinner seating 6-8 people. Then moving into living room where a large, plush sectional sofa will accommodate the entire group to watch NetFlix, Hulu, or any other streaming app via 55" Smart TV. The living room is bright and airy because of the large windows and sliding glass doors provide the living room with an abundance of light and lead to the screened-in porch and outdoor furniture for all meals and entertaining. Just off of the kitchen is a bedroom with two twin beds and a separate bathroom. Walk upstairs and you will be greeted by the very spacious King sized master suite with private bath and closet. Every bedroom is equipped with a brand new flat screen TV that is hooked up to a Roku streaming device for accessibility to your favorite streaming service. On the way from the master suite to the second bedroom, a washer and dryer is available for use. The other second floor bedroom has a Queen sized bed and private full bathroom, as well. For additional sleeping arrangements, the sectional sofa in the living room pulls out to a sleeper. Eight people will fit comfortably but you are more than welcome to bring an air mattress for extra space. Also, for your convenience the entire house is connected to wireless internet. On the ground level is the garage where you can fit two mid sized vehicles and another in the carport. We are located on the river side, so there are partial views of the Folly River from the master balcony. There is a POOL located in the facility to swim in on those days that you don't wish to go to the beach. Just past the pool area, you can walk out to the extended dock for views of the Folly River where water sports and paddle-boarding can be enjoyed! The beach is less than a 1/2 mile away, just a short walk to all the waves and sandcastles that you desire. Also located just a few blocks away is Center St., with fun shopping, restaurants and bars. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house! There are two owner’s closets in which guests do not have access to. Both of those owner’s closets are locked.
