Green Tree Bungalow

We are in a safe and quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from downtown. Because we are in Green Tree, borough, we are only allowed to rent for more than 30 days. We are great for families of 3-7 people and business travelers who prefer their group to be together in a private setting. During the spring and summer we will need to maintain the yard. We usually do this on Tuesday morning. The space What makes this house unique is that it has a nice outdoor area to enjoy during your stay. It is set up to accommodate guests who intend to do some meals at home. We keep a fully stocked kitchen so dishes, pots and pans are available for your use. We also stock the bathrooms with towels, floor mats, etc. There are 2 queen size beds and a twin bed on the main floor. The basement was remodeled to be a stand alone suite. There is a queen bed, bathroom, fireplace and kitchenette. Because we only rent out monthly we will need to work out the details for lawn upkeep. Guest access All access to the house except for a storage area off the washer/dryer room. The garage is available as well. Other things to note The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. make your stay more enjoyable. The patio and grill are nice in the summer. We have been doing this for 10 years and most people like the patio for cookouts. This year we changed to a Weber Kettle grill.
