Exclusively decorated kitchens and dining areas are the perfect place for a family lunch, while you can relax and relax in the beautiful lounge area from the summer heat in a fully air-conditioned setting. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor, a storage room, a laundry room and a hall leading to the upper floor. On the upper floor you can find 3 beautiful bedrooms each with a separate bathroom and one children's room with bunk beds. In the courtyard of the villa there is a beautiful swimming pool (9x6 m, 1,4 m deep) surrounded by 10 deck chairs. The pool can be heated.
