Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee. There are no refunds given for inclement weather, flooding, natural disasters, loss of power, etc that are beyond human control. All efforts will be made to keep you comfortable; if we need to move you to another location, we will do so if possible, given availability. Castillo De Las Rocas Properties have access to a seasonal shared pool. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access swimming pool or hot tub facilities. Guest access All our units utilize self check-in procedures. You will receive a welcome kit with instructions for locating your unit and gaining entrance. All our units have either lockboxes by the front door or digital locks on the doors. Other things to note Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.
