The ground level features a garage with one covered space and one outdoor space. When you enter this beautiful condo, you’ll notice the pretty flooring, gulf views, fireplace and and flatscreen Tv in the living room. The glass sliders open out to the corner beachfront balcony! The kitchen is open to the living room and is light and bright and has an eat in bar with two seats. The dining table seats 6 and is positioned for you to enjoy the views of the beach and there’s a half bath on this level. Going upstairs, you’ll find the beach front master suite that includes a king bed, sofa sleeper and beach front balcony. There is also a guest bedroom suite with a full bed and a twin daybed with a trundle, allowing for a maximum of 6 guests. Enjoy washer and dryer and free Wifi. The ground floor has a one or two car garage. There is a community pool and sundeck centrally located on the property near the gulf.
