Dark hardwood floors and travertine tile throughout complement the elegance of the hewn granite and stainless steel in the chef-ready kitchen. Plus, the primary suite features a luxury bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. A full laundry room and plenty of seating add to the conveniences. Guests continually rave about the sprawling pool deck, but other welcome amenities include a fitness center, tennis courts, elevators and gated parking. One of the best perks however is the deeded beach access just for Mediterranea guests. Never having to search for a parking spot only adds to the ease of a Destin vacation at Mediterranea 405. This property comes with 2 parking spaces. Guests of Mediterranea also enjoy complimentary seasonal beach service We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
