Luxury Vintage Nautical - With Private Pool

Not what you would expect from a typical beach property. Bald Head Island is a unique island with Live Oaks, palmettos, Spanish Moss, white sandy beaches, and a gorgeous golf course with lagoons, palm trees, that is fully landscaped. We have been searching for a Luxury home that blends all these aspects of the island & finally found it. The 4000 square ft 5 BR home is situated on the 8th green, with distant views and sounds of the ocean, all while being nestled on the edge of the forest. The space 4 bikes, 2 golf carts 1- four person 1- six person. 4000 sq foot / 5 BR 4.5 bath Bald Head Island is a golf cart community with access only by ferry. Tram service is included with each ferry ticket that will take you to our home. So very important: Reminder to book the Ferry to the island and and return trip island to mainland when you book. Checkout is 10 am so the house has to get ready for the next guests arriving at 4 pm. Guest access Guests have full access One thing to note: our landscaping crew maybe around during your visit. They are very respectful & will not bother you. Other things to note In order to get to BHI you must take a Ferry. It is busy in peak season. This should be scheduled as soon as you book. Contact Bald Head Island Ferry & Deep Point Marina to reserve your spot. If you are bringing your pet they will need to be informed as well as prior permission from us. Check-in is 4 pm. Please do not show up early unless you have discussed with us prior nor ask to just leave your stuff and leave. The cleaning crew will not let you in (I'm sorry) they have a lot to get done in a short period of time (especially in the busy season) to insure the house is perfect for your wonderful vacation. In the busy season checkout is strictly 10 am due to new guests arriving and the cleaning crew getting in to turn over the house. So please book your return ticket when you book your trip over too. If its not the busy season & no guests are arriving the same day we are flexible on checkout time. Please check with us. We love pets but there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee. We request pets not go into the carpeted rooms. NO CATS ALLOWED DUE TO ALLERGIES!! We do have a Zero drug policy No smoking or vaping of any type allowed! $250 fine applies for violation. Please do not take any items out of the house for any reason. Guests will be charged. We understand sometimes furniture needs to be moved. If done please return to original position. Thanks!! We do understand that accidents & appliances break if this happens please notify us so we can rectify ASAP.
