This gated community include 600’ lazy river pool, a traditional pool, a club house, a tennis court and a shuffleboard court. Other things to note Condition : Any reservation is conditionnal to those additionnal document and fees such as: an approval by the board association which include 2 references letters, Paramount management application form, a copy of the lease, background fee per us citizen of 50$ per person (england and canada of 105$ per person) and 200$ application and administration fees. All documents must be submitted a minimum of 30 days prior to check in. A refusal by the board association will mean the cancellation of the reservation.
