Welcome to The Templet House, a glamorous entertaining home, close to BNA airport (28.9 miles) and downtown Nashville (23 miles). The Templet House offers serenity and acreage to roam. A salt water pool, lawn games, air hockey, Foosball, arcade game with all the old time favorites and plenty of outdoor space. City water too! It’s all about the experience at The Templet House! This sprawling estate is located on 5 acres with plenty of room for guests to enjoy each other, have their own space, inside or outside, if weather permits. Work and play! The setting is gorgeous and great photo opportunities for you and your family to capture memories. Pool is open May - Mid October Disclaimer: NO DRUGS. We want everyone to have a great time but we do not allow drugs of any kind and it will be grounds for immediate eviction. This is not a party house that we want trashed. We are ok with people having a good time but not trashing our house. Not standing on our firepits. tables. throwing cigarette butts everywhere. There is NO smoking of anything of any kind in our house. Ever. We have really tried to be nice about this and understanding but if you or your guests can't respect our property, we don't want you to rent from us. Illegal drug use or not following the rules you agreed to will be grounds for immediate eviction. The entire main house is available to guests, so make yourself at home! - The main house will be smart lock (will deactivate alarm) and will be activated just before your check in time. - You will veer right and follow driveway to main house entrance. The smart lock will be on deck at back of house at double door. - The garages on either side of house and shop on the back part of property are NOT available for use. The owner's apartment and garage areas are NOT available for guests. If you are caught entering, you will be evicted. We are here for you for your stay but our level of interaction is up to you! I am a call or a text away. If any problems arise we will do our best to remedy ASAP to ensure you enjoy your stay. We aim to give you 5++ service!! Myself, my husband, mom and sons are available to help with any suggestions, needs and/or issues that may arise and provide prompt service! Don’t be afraid to contact us! We have vendors to take care of any issues that arise. The Templet House in Hendersonville is private but close to groceries, movies and shopping nearby. We are in the country but close to town too, just outside the city limits! It’s perfect! Nashville is about 25 minutes away and YES Uber/Lyft both pickup and drop off here so it’s quite easy if you decide to visit the big city! Indian Lake area has a ton of stuff to do if you don’t want to drive to Nashville! Having a car is a must - taxi, Uber or Lyft too! Parking - there is plenty of it!! We also offer private concierge service for mobility to get you around, just ask us for the info! - To get into main house there are 16 steps to all entrances.
