Each bed will come with a mattress pad, pillows, and bedspread. There are several linen rental companies in town that will deliver and pick up and we can direct you to them. No pets, no group parties, and most importantly no groups under 21. This includes any adult renting the house and for high school groups. A violation of house rules is cause for immediate eviction. We have a responsive property manager -- Rich Barnett -- working with us to help ensure we provide a top-notch experience for our guests. There are two parking spots in our driveway and WE PROVIDE two parking passes for on street parking in front of our home and in non-metered spots in town.
