If you love the beach, fine dining, and shopping but like the privacy and comfort of a single home, then our luxury three-bedroom, two-bathroom villa with a private screened, heated pool is a perfect choice. It's fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need. Short walk to the beach, close to stores, restaurants, and the vibrant Mercato shopping and entertainment area. The space Our house is located 3/4 miles from Vanderbilt Beach in Naples near the Ritz Hotel, a 5-minute bike ride (bicycles provided), or a 15-minute walk along the bay. One mile in the other direction is the uptown Mercato, a dining and entertainment area with many restaurants, great clubs, including trendy Blue Martini, two movie theaters, and fine shopping, including Whole Foods Market, Nordstrom Rack, and a variety of specialty boutiques. Fitness Club and Community Tennis Club are also a walking distance! Two miles away is the Delnor Wiggins State Park, with another mile of unspoiled beach. Naples Downtown and Pier, Tin City, Naples Zoo, Water Park, Miromar Outlets, and several more state parks, such as Lover's Key or the Everglades, are all 20-30 min drive. The house, a post-2000 built Italian-style villa, was completely updated with new bathrooms, new high-end appliances, and modern furniture. Guest access Guests get full use of the house and the pool. There are 4 parking spaces on the driveway. Other things to note The pool is not suitable for families with young kids who cannot swim because there is no separation between the house and the pool.
