The space Sleeping four and situated on the 1st floor of the residence with lift, the apartment comprises an attractive main sitting room with beautiful rustic ceiling beams, a large L-shaped sofa ideal for relaxation, trendy clear ‘ghost’ armchairs adding to the feeling of space and two full-length double doors opening onto a pretty Juliet balcony overlooking the square. Double doors from the sitting room lead directly into a stylish dining room featuring large windows facing the square and a modern-style glass chandelier above a dining suite seating four which in turn leads into a smart, up-to-date and well-equipped kitchen with everything one would require for easy self-catering. Also facing the campo is a spacious second sitting room with a modern sofa-bed sleeping two and a separate bathroom with modern shower just to the side, while to the rear of the property sits the apartment’s chic and very roomy main bedroom with double bed and desk area plus a further separate bathroom with bathtub and shower over. Please note that the operation of air-conditioning and heating are subject to municipality regulation.
