Ideally located in the small town of Grandjean en Charente Maritime, our cottage"Le Bouquet de Soizic" was an old medieval farmhouse from 1676 which will tell you more than 300 years of history. In an enclosed park of more than 2000 m2, with direct access to the river Le Bramerit, this cottage completely refurbished in 2019, spacious, furnished and decorated in an original way as the objects worked, will bring you relaxation and change of scenery. Beautifully decorated, where you'll find rest and change of scenery: On the ground floor, the kitchen and a large dining room with a play area ( A Flipper and one Baby Foot are available for a fee) . Upstairs, a large relaxation room with TV, the two bedrooms and a shower room Guest access Our building is divided into two private parts with independent entrance and more than 120 m2 at your disposal . House rules: House rules are none other than that of common sense and respect for the premises, to feel at home within the limits of reason and provided you return the premises in the condition you found it in. - Upon your arrival we will ask you for a check or cash of: - 80€ representing the cleaning costs, which we will return to you on your departure if the cottage is returned in the state you found it in, that is to say clean . We prefer to opt for this solution to avoid the systematic cleaning fee. -500€ representing a deposit, which we will return if no damage was caused 7 days after your departure. - No person outside the booking is accepted in the property without our consent. - Strictly no smoking is prohibited in the cottage and outside the property - No pets - Respect the interiors by walking only with reserved shoes on the inside of the apartment . Other things to note 500 m from the cottage you will find the "Les Coudrés" leisure area, with petanque court, tennis court, ping pong table, green spaces and passage of the Ferré Verte. Many arrowed hiking trails run through the grounds and along our charming Bramerit stream In Saint Savinien, 3 km from our Gite, you will find a super U and various other shops. A doctor, a nurse in Taillebourg , also about 3 km away.
