Old Medieval Farm "Le Bouquet de Soizic"

Ideally located in the small town of Grandjean in Charente Maritime, our Gîte "Le Bouquet de Soizic" was an old Medieval Farm from 1676 that will tell you more than 300 years of history. In an enclosed park of more than 2000 m2, with direct access to the Bramerit river, this vacation rental, completely refurbished in 2019, spacious, furnished and decorated in an original way with antique objects, will bring you relaxation and a change of scenery. Beautifully decorated, you'll find rest and a change of scenery On the ground floor, the kitchen and a large dining room with a games corner ( A Pinball machine and a Foosball table are available for an additional fee). Upstairs a large relaxation room with TV, two bedrooms and a bathroom Guest access Our building is divided into two private parts with independent entrance and more than 120 m2 at your disposal. House Rules: The rules of procedure are none other than that of common sense and respect for the premises, to feel at home within the limits of reason and on condition of returning the premises in the condition in which you found it. - Upon arrival, we will ask you for a check or cash for: - €80 representing the cleaning fee, which we will refund to you upon departure if the gîte is returned in the condition in which you found it, i.e. clean. We prefer to opt for this solution in order to avoid systematic cleaning fees. - €500 representing a deposit, which we will return to you if no damage has been caused 7 days after your departure. - No person outside the reservation is accepted in the property without our consent. - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the gîte and outside the property - No pets - Respect the interiors by walking only with shoes reserved for inside the apartment. Other things to note 500 m from the Gîte you will find the "Les Coudrées" leisure area, with a petanque court, tennis court, ping pong table, green spaces and passage of the Ferré Verte. Many signposted hiking trails run through the hilly terrain and along our charming Bramerit stream In Saint Savinien, 3 km from our Gîte, you will find a Super U and various other shops. A doctor, nurse in Taillebourg, also about 3 km away.
