Listen to the waves crash from your fully equipped oceanfront condo with large deck located on picturesque Old Orchard Beach. This is a 4th floor condo in the Brunswick building located directly on West Grand Ave and a short walk to the “center”. There are miles of sandy beach you can walk / jog / bike on or just relax on your oceanfront deck and watch the sunrise. There is an elevator for easy access and a door code so you don’t have to worry about losing keys. The space At the ground level there is a full entertainment restaurant with live bands on the weekends during the offseason and mostly every day outside during the peak season with the weather permitting.
