Enjoy McCall's alpine air from The Park Chalet – our charming, rustic 3 bedroom, 2 bath, pet-friendly cabin nestled among the pines with peek-a-boo views of the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee from the sunny, east-facing deck, or gather around the backyard fire pit for s'mores and storytelling. Kids and adults alike will love the extra-long swing outside! The upstairs living room and dining area feature cathedral ceilings with ample sunlight and tree-top views all around. The chef du jour has plenty of counter space to craft special meals to enjoy gathered around the custom-built long dining table. The Park Chalet is located less than a half mile from Legacy Park and Beach – perfect for guests hoping to enjoy downtown, the Marina, and local shops and restaurants on foot. Ponderosa State Park is just over a mile away, where visitors can partake in year-round recreation hiking, biking, skiing, or snowshoeing. The house comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. The master bedroom with king-size bed is located upstairs, along with the main living room, dining room, kitchen, and upstairs guest bathroom. Downstairs is the lounge, with a pull-out queen-sized sofa sleeper. The downstairs guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed, and the downstairs bunk room has a queen-sized bed as well as a full-over-full bunk bed. There is also a bonus cot located in the downstairs guest bedroom closet. The wood stove upstairs provides ample heat through the winter months, and there is lots of parking at the house – plenty of room for guest trailers and toys! But please be aware that the driveway is steep and four-wheel drive is a must in the winter. There is no cable/satellite TV at this property. Guests may sign into their own streaming services to watch TV. Driveway is steep and four-wheel drive is recommended in the winter. This is a pet-friendly property pending pre-approval from DoneRight Management only. The pet fee is $25 per pet per night of the reservation. For pet approval and detailed guidelines, please contact DoneRight Management. This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay. Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space. All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival. Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property. Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM. The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period. This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety. All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking. DoneRight Management Vacation Rentals: Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores. Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away. Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello!
