Description
Spacious, comfortable cottage, with the charm of granite. From 2 to 6 people. Adjacent to a sunken path inviting you to stroll. On the ground floor: 1 living room with equipped kitchen, wood stove. 1 living room with sofa bed to serve as a 3rd bedroom. Shower room, toilet. Dishwasher, TV, Wi-Fi. Washer and dryer in the laundry room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, with new bedding, each offered in 1 180 x 200 cm bed or 2 separate 90 x 200 cm single beds and their shower room and separate toilet each. The space Outside: partially enclosed independent garden with furniture, barbecue, umbrella, garden chairs and table for breakfast or reading under the walnut tree. The 3 ha half-wooded half-lawn park, with an orchard of 100 apple trees, invites contemplation and just rest. Well-behaved adult dogs are welcome. No cats allowed. The owners have 1 dog in a fenced garden and 1 cat at large. Guests coming with their dogs are required to keep them on a leash in the property and pick up their droppings. Semi-detached cottage The place: In a protected natural area, nestled between the rounded plains of the Pays de Bégard and the Kerogan stream, this pretty hamlet has been alive since the 17th century. Its modest Trégorrois manor, home of the owners, watches over 4 cottages with woodwork of different colors. A pebbled driveway crosses the Hamlet to serve each of the houses which has its own garden. The Hamlet transforms over the seasons, each with its own charm: walnuts and chestnuts to pick up in the fall. In winter, the scent of fireplaces, the joy of Christmas festivities and their decorations. In spring, the swallows return to the place and the park regains its colors. In the center of the historic Trégor, halfway between the tourist towns of Lannion and Guingamp and at an equal distance from the entire Trégorrois coast, from Perros-Guirec to Paimpol, Bréhat Island, from Plestin-les-Grèves to Saint-Quay-Portrieux, the Hamlet is strategically located to discover the great tourist sites of the region, the many fine sandy beaches, while avoiding the hustle and bustle of the waterfront in season. Numerous hiking and mountain biking trails: Sentier des Douaniers (GR34), Guindy, Donant, Perrier valleys, Trieux circuit, Ménez Bré. Armorica Regional Natural Park, beautiful and mysterious Huelgoat Forest 1 hour away. Equestrian club in Bégard. Armoripark activity park nearby Introduction to fly fishing for trout in the river in Belle-Isle-en-Terre. Bégard 18-hole golf course 1 km away. Castles of Tonquédec, Kergrist, La Roche Jagu. The owners will be happy to share their best addresses with you! Services: Bed made upon arrival. Linens provided. Local surprise on arrival in summer. A trail gives you access to the stream at the bottom of our woods.
