PANORAMIC RELAXING GARDENS, PRIVATE PARKING on request The space - The accommodation is independent and totally available to guests. - Villa CAMELIA is part of the SECRET SPORADES complex. It has been completely restored according to the traditions of the ancient village of KLIMA. - On the ground floor, in the living room area with ceramic tiled floor, it has two sofas that can be converted into 1 single and 1 double bed. The living room represents the central room of Villa CAMELIA which in turn communicates with the kitchen/dining room where there is also a bathroom with a shower cubicle and with the double bedroom on the ground floor equipped with a bathroom/shower with glass sliding doors. An internal staircase leads from the living room to the first floor where there is a large double bedroom equipped with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and dressing table with a mirror. The room has the typical wooden floor of the island, which makes the environment very warm and communicates outside with a private panoramic terrace equipped with a table and chairs. On the ground floor all the rooms, excluding the bathroom with shower cubicle, communicate with the large panoramic veranda shaded by a dark mulberry tree and equipped with a wood-burning barbecue and sink just outside the kitchen/dining room. The large veranda is equipped with tables and chairs. Adjacent to the veranda we find a grove with a lemon house that shades a RELAXATION AREA available to guests of the SECRET SPORADES complex of which Villa CAMELIA is a part and from where you can enjoy a splendid panorama of the island of SKIATHOS. - If necessary, Villa Camelia can have other extra beds in the Complex upon request - As mentioned, Villa CAMELIA is part of the SECRET SPORADES private complex, at night the access gates, to which you will have the keys, will be closed for greater safety of the guests who will have the keys. Guest access - Guests have access to the complete Villa CAMELIA, to the common areas of aggregation of the Residence such as the garden with PANORAMIC OVERFLOW POOL son SPA, the large panoramic terrace, the laundry room, the outdoor kitchens, the RELAX AREA which is also panoramic and shaded. - The SECRET SPORADES Panoramic Residence of which Villa CAMELIA belongs, can also accommodate groups and has common recreational or relaxation areas that can be used by guests as follows: - The garden equipped with PANORAMIC OVERFLOW SWIMMING POOL with SPA, sun loungers, chairs and tables with umbrellas. - The LARGE PANORAMIC TERRACE suitable for recreational activities, aggregation, meditation, painting courses, dance, gymnastics or special events in respect of the common tranquility. It is equipped with a large outdoor kitchen with OVEN and wood-burning BBQ, gas stove and sink as well as two dedicated men's/women's bathrooms and a closed room with refrigerators. - Two shaded and panoramic RELAX ZONES where you can read a book, play a game of cards or have a nice chat.... - OUTDOOR KITCHENS equipped for lunches and dinners. - Free use of the closed LAUNDRY room upon reservation to avoid unnecessary waiting. - A panoramic HEALTH PATH through our NATURAL PARK of olive and almond trees up to our exclusive coast on the sea. When the sea is calm the water is very clear and excellent for snorkelling. We recommend the utmost attention to children and guests who cannot swim to whom we recommend the use of suitable equipment. Our beach is in a natural state and is not equipped for sea rescue. Rock shoes are recommended. (See photos/videos). Other things to note - In the Panoramic Residence of independent houses SECRET SPORADES you can find other extra accommodations in case there is a need for more space or beds. -All the housing units of the Residence are equipped with hot air conditioning and cold, the necessary for cooking, eating, sheets, blankets, towels and outdoor furniture.
