It is composed as follows: LIVING ROOM: spacious living room with 5-seater sofa + a 140 cm bed in a beautiful alcove. Moldings, fireplace, original oak flooring etc. KITCHEN: fully equipped independent (large table for 6 people ideal as a work space): oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine with pods, toaster, kettle as well as all the crockery necessary for cooking . You will have access to a small, cozy balcony with 2 foldable chairs and a superb view of the bastille, the mountains and the cable car. Moldings, fireplace, original oak flooring etc. BEDROOM 1: 2 single beds 90 cm with the possibility of assembling them to transform them into a 180 cm bed. BEDROOM 2: 160 cm bed (hotel bedding), chest of drawers + storage cupboard. TV with Netflix! Separate suspended toilet. I provide bed linen and bath towels to travelers. Guest access The accommodation is rented whole! For your convenience, the arrival is independent thanks to the building's digital code + a key box. So you can arrive and leave at your convenience. I will send you all the information before your arrival. I can be there to welcome you and show you how the apartment works if my schedule allows me. Other things to note I live only 10 minutes from the apartment and I am available at all times to give you advice and/or in case of problems! The apartment is brand new and it is as clean as my home;)
