There is plenty of parking for large vehicles and trailers as well, a grill & fire pit in the backyard and garden tub in the master bedroom. The space The home sits on a little more than an acre of land, and this location is in a quiet area, away from the busy and close proximity to other homes; yet is easily accessible to the beaches, Tyndall Air Force base, springs, and shopping. Message me for more information. This home is equipped to entertain all guest. Satellite internet is provided and may be unavailable during poor weather, having a personal hot spot is recommended. Carbon AC filters are used to eliminate odors or chemicals in the air. The floors throughout the entire home are steamed during each cleaning. I supply all my guest with a start up of a paper towel, toilet tissue, hand soaps, dish detergent, empty propane tank (to fill or trade inl), cleaning supplies and etc. Any additional supplies is furnished by the guest. Security deposits are required prior to check in for guest under 26yrs old and the deposit may vary on groups larger than 12. Other instances may require a security deposit upfront. Security deposit will be held up to 14days after checkout. Extra Supplies are available upon request, with an extra fee; for example charcoal, fire wood, extra toiletries and etc. Please message me if you have a request.
