There is a Keurig so bring your pods. There is a dining area for four. There is a screened in porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a good book. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. There is a shared yard which provides a nice outside area for the kids to play after a day at the beach. The yard includes picnic tables and a gas fire pit table. Gas grills are provide so you barbecue your favorite foods and enjoy your meal at the picnic table or on your deck. There are 2 washers and dryers in the basement and are free for our guests to use. There are some boggie boards and sand toys in the basement for the kids to enjoy. There are restaurants in walking distance, and it only a mile and half to the York Zoo, arcades, and shopping. Guests will need to provide their own linens and towels.
