Other things to note Before you secure your spot at Coral Dreams, here’s what you need to know:: • Rental Agreement: Once booked, you’ll receive a Point of Contact form and a short rental agreement to e-sign for liability purposes only. • Max Occupancy: Accommodates up to 10 guests. • Pet Policy: Two dogs max allowed with prior approval and a $150 fee /per dog. • Policies: Guests must be 21+ to book. No smoking, parties, or events allowed. • Quiet Hours: Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 11 PM. • Safety: Equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and fire extinguishers. • Amenities: Fresh linens, towels, and essentials are provided for your comfort. Arrival & Departure Policies To ensure our team keeps the house in pristine condition, we observe the following: Check-in Time: 4PM Check-out Time: 10AM Should you need to access the home earlier please inquire.
