Walk 5-10 minutes to local eateries – comfort food, high end dining, coffee shops, grocery store -- it’s all minutes from your doorstep. New queen bed and 1 small sleeper ottoman(for kids),full bath and kitchen. The space 1 queen bed. 1 small twin size sleeper sofa (best for children). 1 bathroom (shower, toilet, sink & toiletries). 1 full kitchen including stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, sink and toaster. Pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils and drip coffee pot. Some pantry items included. Propane gas grill for outdoor cooking (Shared). Located just 3 blocks north of historic downtown Flagstaff and surrounded by homes listed in the National Historical Register, there is no need for a car, but one free parking spot is available. Fine dining, entertainment, galleries, and shopping are all just a short walk or bike from home. You will instantly feel like a part of the neighborhood, making it hard to say to say goodbye to Flagstaff! Guest access The entire studio is available for use during your stay. The backyard of the main house is for other guest use only. Private access will be with a keypad locking system. Each Guest will receive their own personal code for their stay with us at the "Music Studio". Other things to note - ONE designated spot for parking. In the summer you can park on the street - FREE! In the winter you cannot due to snow plowing. -No pets allowed please -Maximum occupancy - 2 + small person or child. There is queen bed and a small fold out ottoman bes. - Minimum age of at least one guest - 21. -Window A/C unit , no central air conditioning. -Internet not suitable for remote work or video calls.
