Located 12 mi from Eugene Airport, less than 20 miles to UO. Twenty wineries 5-30 minutes away. Walking distance to Oregon Country Fair. 5 mi to Fern Ridge Reservoir, hiking, & boating. 47 miles to coast. EV charge 1 mi away. The cottage is nestled near tall forest yet has open pasture-like land that allows a great view of starlit sky away from city lights. Friends and family love coming here for great food and music on our stage-like deck. They would attest to the hospitality. Not a single traffic light in our small town so it is peaceful and quiet until the Fair comes to town! Outdoor barbecue is available to enjoy a quiet evening in the great outdoors. Walking distance to the Oregon Country Fair and close enough to hear music from its main stage. There will be maps and brochures in the cottage to help you plan daily adventures during your stay. We love to offer suggestions if you like depending on your preferences. We are conveniently located in the middle of about 20 wineries for you to tour and taste. Ours is a quiet country neighborhood. Occasionally you can watch deer feeding out the west window. Other neighbors have horses or chickens. We live down a pan handle driveway and almost never hear street noise. It is very relaxing under our tall trees, a place where you can really unwind. Yet, its close enough to make so many activities really accessible. We are in the middle of wine tasting country with 20 tasting room between 5 and 30 minutes away. Public transportation is one mile from the house and we have a bus schedule in the cottage. We can make suggestions if you are in town for track meets or football games where parking is at a premium. There is a "Transient Room Tax" required of 8%
