Walking distance to Oregon Country Fair. 5 mi to Fern Ridge Reservoir, hiking, & boating. 47 miles to coast. EV charge 1 mi away. The space The cottage is nestled near tall forest yet has open pasture-like land that allows a great view of starlit sky away from city lights. Friends and family love coming here for great food and music on our stage-like deck. They would attest to the hospitality. Not a single traffic light in our small town so it is peaceful and quiet until the Fair comes to town! Guest access Outdoor barbecue is available to enjoy a quiet evening in the great outdoors. Walking distance to the Oregon Country Fair and close enough to hear music from its main stage. Other things to note There is a "Transient Room Tax" required of 8%
