This is truly a Sarasota landmark that puts you back in time yet has all the comforts and modern amenities you can expect to find. Enjoy relaxing on the over-sized front porch with lush trees and vegetation just outside the screens. Air-Conditioning throughout, Cable/Wifi, TVs--everything is included here. Laundry room in the back which is shared with guest apt. Starter Supplies Provided To help you get settled, we provide a limited supply of essential starter items upon arrival. These are intended to get you through the first few days and may not last for the duration of your stay,. Kitchen & Laundry Paper towels Dishwashing liquid All-purpose cleaning spray Dishwasher tablets (if a dishwasher is available) Trash bags (a few provided in each trash can) Laundry detergent for one load (if the property has a washer) Bathrooms Toilet paper Small bottle of shampoo & Conditioner Bar soap at each sink Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed during their stay. Guest access You may enjoy all areas of this awesome historic home. Other things to note Rental age restrictions: -This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25. - Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property. - Pets are welcome, however we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*. (One Pet Max) *Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking. -There is an apartment in the back of the home that is rented to an annual tenant with a service dog. The laundry room is located next to this apartment so you may see this tenant from time to time if using. -Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee. Trash pick-up day is every Wednesday morning of each week, unless interrupted by a Holiday (next day) Garbage Can & Recycle bins are located along the side of the house: Red for papers, Blue for Plastics, Glass and Cans. We encourage our guests to do their best to sort the trash & recycle where possible. Thank you!
