Welcome to the Little Green Toad Suite. This 2nd floor suite has a private entrance, bunk bed, sitting areas, bathroom w/ clawfoot tub, shower and pedestal sink. The funky, retro kitchen has a gas stove/oven, farmhouse sink, small fridge, bistro table for two, microwave and all kitchen basics. Perfect for folks in town for a game, concert or production, reunion, convention, short-term work assignment, holiday, etc. who need simple accommodations w/ a kitchen. Two night minimum stay. The space The suite is on the 2nd floor comprising an addition that houses the small bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is in the original part of my 1890's house. Guest access Private entrance, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Includes use of patio and grill on first floor (weather permitting). During your stay The lower unit is my primary residence. If both units are booked, I stay at an apartment close by. Interaction is up to my guests. Other things to note Guests have access to the patio and grill on the lower level. Early check-in's and late check-outs may be assessed a $10/hour fee and will be at the discretion of the host and/or co-host. 2 night minimum. NO DRUGS, NO PARTIES!!! Please be cognizant that there may be guests below you on the first floor. Remove you shoes upon entering.
