The Villa Palacio consists of 6 bedrooms followed by 3 x Palacio Yurts and the Garden Bedroom, making a grand total of 10 bedrooms This very spacious villa and yurts is beautifully styled and offers a great get together house for groups. This villa has a 10 x 4 meter private solar heated pool with shaded deck gazebo, pool table, table tennis and hot tub. A great area for entertaining along with traditional shaded arched terrace all with spectacular views down to the sea, beach and restaurants (just 1km away). The villa is fully equipped with fantastic lounge / dining area, modern large kitchen and TV area. The bedrooms are split over the villas three levels, two on the ground floor, 2 in the mid-floor and two on the higher level. All the bedrooms are double rooms and very spacious. The master suite has exceptional sea views and is over 50 metre in size. The spacious room with 2mt wide bed, natural stone bath, large wardrobe, sitting area and ensuite walk in shower room is perfect to relax, escape and enjoy the amazing view. Its double patio doors lead to a large terrace with both space to be in the shade or relax and soak up the sun. The five additional bedrooms in the main villa are well appointed with wardrobes 3 are ensuite and boast great sea / mountain views. The stunning yurt bedroom has super king - sized double bed + single bed, seating area, additional kitchen with sofa and handpicked furniture. The polished floor and two skin cover keep the yurt draft free and ensure a constant ambient temperature. A central skylight allows ventilation as well as romantic star - gazing. The yurt is essentially just your 7th sleeping area, you have alongside the yurt living room both shaded and ideal for outdoor living. adjacent to the yurt is its plunge pool, this is walled and gated and has a daybed and sea views. An additional shower room, separate W.C and an outdoor bath with sea view are all included in your private terrace. The 8th bedroom-Garden Room is a Balinese styled en-suite a mere 20 metres away with a luxurious double bed and a walk-in shower, over looking Arrieta with a panoramic view of the horizon and the classical Lanzarote landscape. Step down from the yurt area to the walled and gated pool area with sun loungers, shaded daybed and solar shower. A perfect utopia to relax, swim and soak up the sun. The other two yurts are set on a lower level share a living room with sofas, sea view, breakfast bar, beverage refrigerator and tea / coffee making facilities in this area lead to each yurt private shower / WC rooms. Next to the self-contained yurt is its open-air living room fully equipped with the 2nd kitchen with granite countertops, breakfast bar, just perfect for a self-catering vacation. While the villa does not have built-in air conditioning or central heating, fans and electric heaters are available on request to ensure your comfort year-round. The base price is for 8 adults and the price then increases per additional person per night. Although you can only search for a maximum occupancy of 16 adults on AirBnB the villa will actually sleep more but you will need to contact us for a price. Guest access The entire estate is private for you. There is a staff apartment on the side which has its own entrance and access.
