The villa is situated on 29,000m2 of private land and has an amazing view of the ocean and the beach. The house is surrounded by garden paths, flower beds, trees and shrubs. The terrace is located slightly higher located from the large private swimming pool. There is also a spacious terrace around the private pool with plenty of sun beds. In the living room, there is a spacious corner sofa with seating for about 13 people. There is additional seating area next to the wood stove in the corner of the room. Near the corner windows, there's a table with chairs. Walking straight down the hall will take you into the dining room. In the dining room there is a table with 10 chairs and a table with 6 chairs, if you wish to eat inside, that is possible. Walking out through the sliding doors will lead you to the terrace. On the terrace there are several seating areas, so you can fully enjoy the view in the shade or the sun! There are ​​dining tables with chairs, a hammock and sun beds available on the terrace, as well as a seating area around the pillars. You can walk from the terrace through a staircase to the private swimming pool. From both the hall and the dining room, you walk to the kitchen. The first room is for storage and there is also an extra refrigerator with freezer and a freezer. Located directly behind this, you will find a pantry, where you can make a nice cup of coffee or tea. You then walk through a door leading you to the kitchen, which is classically but functionally furnished. A new large stove with a large oven has just been placed. Bedroom 3: spacious bedroom with sea view, double bed (1.40 m) adjoining bathroom with shower in bathtub, bidet, toilet and washbasin with lots of storage room. Hallway with bathroom that includes a bathtub, a toilet, a bidet and a washbasin with lots of storage space. Bedroom 4: provided with two single beds and a fitted wardrobe. You can also enter the bathroom through the built-in closet. From the first floor, you take the spiral staircase down to the ground floor. There is a seating area with cushions around the pillar and a staircase leading to the pool. The large private pool faces south, surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas. The first shallow end of the swimming pool is 1 meter deep and extends for 5 meters. It is wonderful for the smaller kids to play in! You can easily get in and out of the pool via the Roman steps. In the deeper part, there is also a staircase for getting out of the water. A few steps from the pool and you are at the gate from where you can see the beach. From the garden, you have private access to the path leading to the beach.
