My place is close to the bustling South Boulder hot spots: 10+ restaurants, breweries, bars, grocery stores, ice cream/bakery, banks, hiking trails & Viele Lake and park just around the corner. Also near some excellent hiking, right in the neighborhood. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the mountains views in the backyard and the luxurious appliances. This home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). This completely renovated house has three bedrooms available to you (we are locking off the office downstairs for storage), a large backyard and top of the line kitchen. The "master" bedroom is spacious with a queen bed with a termpurpedic mattress and closet if you choose to unpack. Plenty of space for two. The second bedroom has a full bed and closet for storage, space for 1 or 2. The third bedroom also has a queen bed with a tempurpedic mattress mattress and closet for storage, allowing space or one or two to be cozy. There is one large full bathroom upstairs with double sinks and a smaller full bath downstairs to accommodate all your guests. Washer/Dryer on bottom floor. The living room complete with cozy L couch, dining room, and kitchen have high gorgeous ceilings and an open floor plan that make you want to stay awhile. Large 50" Flat screen TV with Apple TV and Netflix. Please note, according to the City of Boulder the occupancy limit is 3 unrelated. However, if you are family we can book up to 6. You will have access to the 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, living room, dining room, backyard and washer/dryer You will receive a key code to open the door as well as a detailed house manual to help you fully enjoy the space. No one will be meeting you. This location is walkable/bikeable to the main South Boulder center which is full of Restaurants, shops, banks, grocery stores like Whole Foods , everything you need! Although it's preferably to have a car to cruise around and enjoy all Boulder has to offer. - $150 per pet, per stay for up to a week, after a week the pet fee will increase to $350 to $500.
