The heart of the house is the spacious living room, where you can stay or cook together in the beautiful kitchen, which overlooks the quiet garden equipped with areas for outdoor dining while enjoying the breathtaking view. The villa, completely fenced, is surrounded by a large garden with an English lawn and the typical vegetation of the Mediterranean maquis. It is located 20 km from the Orvieto highway exit and 20 km from the Attigliano highway exit from which you can reach Rome in about an hour. Moving a few kilometers away, there are also numerous attractions to visit: Orvieto, Narni, the Marmore Falls, the archaeological area of Carsulae, Amelia, Todi and in Tuscany Montepulciano, Cetona or Chianciano Terme and many others. Interior: The farmhouse is distributed on two levels connected to each other both internally and by an external staircase and, thanks to its position on a sloping ground, allows both levels direct access to the outside. The main entrance is located under the porch, on the ground floor, and can be reached by descending a flight of masonry stairs. On the ground floor is the open-plan living area, consisting of the living room with sofa, fireplace and satellite TV on one side and the kitchen with fireplace with dining area and direct access to the porch on the other.
