Large dining table for shared meals. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar, gas hob, fridge freezer, and a Nespresso machine. Connectivity: High-speed 100Mb fibre broadband with ethernet ports available for your convenience. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Your comfort is our priority. All bedrooms are prepared with hotel-standard beds, high-quality 400-thread-count Egyptian cotton linens, and fluffy cotton towels. Bedroom 1: Features a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: Contains two comfortable single beds. Bedroom 3: Offers flexible sleeping arrangements with either a super-king bed or two single beds. The home includes three bathrooms and a ground floor WC. Laundry: A dedicated laundry room is available with both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Guest access Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire house during their stay. This includes all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and the private, paved patio area. Enjoy the freedom and privacy of having the whole space to yourself. Other things to note Check-in/Check-out Policy: Standard Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Standard Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We understand that travel plans can vary. To accommodate this, we offer the possibility of an early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability and the following fees: Early Check-In: £15 for each hour (or part of an hour) before 3:00 PM. Late Check-Out: £15 for each hour (or part of an hour) after 11:00 AM. To ensure a smooth transition for all guests, please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you wish to request an early check-in or late check-out.
