Los Geranios is set in a quiet location in the heart of the Pollensa countryside between the old town of Pollensa and the Bay of Pollensa. The house is all on one level, furnished and decorated in the traditional Majorcan style with whitewashed walls and light-coloured tiled floors giving it a bright demeanour. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, with breakfast bar and breakfast table. Through to the comfortable lounge/dining area with Tv, Dvd player and Cd player which also gives access to a pretty garden terrace. There are two twin bedrooms (one has a new en suite shower room) and a double bedroom. One double and one of the twin bedrooms share another interior full bathroom, and there is also an exterior shower room. All the bedrooms have the benefit of air conditioning. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00. Outside there is a large covered and furnished terrace and the swimming pool is surrounded by lawned area, trees and shrubs; a very private and pretty garden from where to enjoy the outside lifestyle. For those al fresco meals there is also a built-in barbecue. This is a great spot for a family holiday in a tranquil location but not far from restaurants, beaches and the bustle of summer in the nearby resort of Puerto Pollensa.
