The attic has been recently renovated internally, from a previous painting studio. The residential area is quiet, just a few minutes from the Como Borghi Railway Station. The apartment is at the 4th floor of a residential building; It is possible to take a lift up to the 3rd floor, but hten it is necessary to reach the fourth floor by staris. The attic consists of: - a spacious LIVING ROOM with a dining table, a sofa, a chair, and a TV; - a BEDROOM with a double bed and a chest of drawers; - a BATHROOM with a shower, bidet, toilet, sink, washing machine - a KITCHEN with induction hob, oven, fridge, refrigerator, moka coffee machine, breakfast table.
