Casa de Springfield is a Mid Century home that is a Super Clean and very spacious Home, with 6 beds, 2 cots in a walkable well established neighborhood, offering super fast Fiber WI-FI. We our located very close to Cox & Mercy, and any type of shopping or dinning. The main floor of the home has 2 traditional bedrooms & 3rd and. 4th curtain segmented sleeping area. Fenced yard with trampoline. Note Host resides in a separated area with their own private entry & respects your privacy. The space Super fast WI-FI, You have the full 1800 ft main floor of the house. There is a full kitchen and an oversized living room. Your group will enjoy the two regular Bedrooms with closets and doors, the 3rd sleeping suite is off the foyer closed off by noise-cancelling curtains, and divided into 2 sleeping areas that can be accessed from door by kitchen or foyer and serve as a 3rd and 4th bedroom or one huge suite with a sofa, rocking recliner, daybed with trundle, and xl twin and desk. The 4th sleeping area has two optional hammock cots and the area can be accessed from the 3rd sleeping area as a suite through a set of curtains, OR a privately through a door from the kitchen and dining area. Casa de Springfield is a mix of a hippy beach house, and going home to Grandma's. Everything is well loved, and feels like home. The kitchen has everything you would have at home including bakeware, pots pans, mixing bowls and storage, cooking utensils, dishes for adults and the little ones, glassware, coffee cups, wine glasses. Juerig makes pots of coffee as well as pods. Tea kettle and variety of tea provided. The home is not new, nor is it furnished with trendy Target or Amazon furnishings. Lots of towels and clean linens and The house is FULLY cleaned, and sanitized between guests. In addition to cleaning, and sanitizing all linens are washed and sanitized between guests We also use hospital-grade disinfectant (kills flu, cold and Covid viruses on surfaces) using a fog sprayer throughout the house which is similar to what is used in hospitals, Hotels, restaurants, offices, and other places in between guest which is also available for guest use. Disclaimer: We cannot legally guarantee to be Covid or any other kind of germ-free as it’s against both Airbnb policy and our own. However, we do take measures to the best of our abilities to sanitize as much as possible. This home is great for guests with large groups, and who care about having a clean sanitized space, all linens, kitchen, bathrooms, fridge, stove, microwave, and even all our dishes, pots, and pans, utensils are inspected for cleanliness, and or rewashed (if they appear to not have been washed thoroughly), floors are cleaned and sanitized between each guest (no spot cleaning/short cuts taken). So If you need a large space with many beds, a fully equipped kitchen, dishes and utensils, Bakeware, and seating for up to 8 people at the main dining table, plus a folding table with 7 chairs available this is your place! If Cleanliness and comfortable sleeping, bathing, and cooking amenities in a great walkable neighborhood with great shopping and dining close by are important then this is the place for you! We enjoy hosting and welcoming our guests into our home as if you were family coming to town. Our home is your home in Springfield. We have hosted many different types Of guests and have many returning guests Doctors, other medical professionals, as well as construction work crews, conservationists, and large and small families! Our home has everything one would need for an extended stay, washer and dryer in the unit, linens, towels, extra blankets, 4 TVs, fiber internet, pots, pans, dishes, bakeware, mixing bowls, glass Tupperware, glass wear, dishes, and children’s dinnerware, cooking and eating utensils. Coffee maker and Keurig, toaster, toaster oven, blender, rice cooker, knife set, and cutting board. We love hosting happy people and will give you a 5-star rating for removing trash, Loading the dishwasher with food-free dishes, and being clean and courteous of home, and ask that you also give us the same 5-star rating based on what we offer and what you booked and what we delivered and not comparing to other NEWER Airbnbs as anything less than 5 stars can ruin our ability to host others in the future and this is how I who am 56 yr old homeschooling Mom with 15 yr old twins support our family as both a Superhost and Airbnb Brand Ambassador in the ask a Superhost program where I assist others to set up their Airbnb account an guide them through welcoming their first guest. The guest will be given a 5-star review… If you leave the home with furniture where it was located, and “broom clean”, meaning, no trash. We don’t expect deep cleaning or laundry to be done but Just that all food is removed from the Fridge and cabinets Without food particles left inside cabinets, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils that are used “are clean and free of food particles”, any dirty dishes on the day you leave including pots, pans, and utensils are free of food particles and loaded into the dishwasher, and that you remove your trash and garbage with the provided garbage bags to the provided bins outside, and do not damage anything then we will always give you a 5-star guest rating as well. Please always remember that Reviews should be based on what was advertised and received. We only want guests that will review us with 5 stars upon delivering what our Airbnb offers, as anything less than a five-star review for something that you wished to have but wasn’t part of the listing is not fair and can ruin our business and Super-host status which determines how often the property is shown to people searching Ect. Guest access Guest areas include the full main floor private entry of the home no shared areas with a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and dining area, two regular bedrooms and two baths plus a family room/ which serves as a 3rd and 4th sleeping area that has a Day bed with trundle bed, and separate area with optional two sleeping hammock cots, with privacy screening from foyer to one side and a door from kitchen to the other side. Brentwood is Near both Cox and Mercy Hospital and close to the mall and almost any type of shopping or Dinning experience. Linens, Towels, etc. The host lives in a private separate area of the home with pets and children on the premises separated from your space and the host has their own entry. Other things to note Please read YOUR Space section, and know that there is No inside smoking please and that there are pets Cats, And dogs on the premises in a separate area and the host aka owner stays on the premises. No more than four vehicles or work trailers and only one maybe a trailer combined with vehicle counts as one vehicle. Trailers may not be left unhitched in the street and the driveway does not accommodate trailer parking.
