Villa Sophie - Sunny Retreat!

Villa Sophie is a newly built, modern holiday home of 210 sq.m, in Kalamaki, Zakynthos and can accommodate up to 6 people. This separate house was built with comfort, luxury, and privacy in mind and is located in a fenced area with private entrance and parking spaces. The space The interior space of the villa has been constructed and furnished with special attention and emphasis on detail, so that it can fully meet the needs of every demanding guest. The Villa features a very spacious, bright seating area with modern, stylish furnishings, a large flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities. It also consists of 3 bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. The first bedroom has a double bed while the others have two single beds each. All bedrooms have their own TV. There is also air conditioning in all areas of the accommodation. The exterior of the villa is a great advantage as it has a beautiful, very comfortable, green garden, pool with sun loungers to enjoy the summer sun in the comfort of your own place and is the ideal environment for unique, private moments with your friends or family. The variety of amenities and services available guarantees an impeccable stay experience in one of the most beautiful areas of the island. Guest access The Villa is located in a quiet area just a few meters from the center of the tourist resort with a plethora of shops, restaurants and tourist shops. At a very close distance is also the homemade beach of Kalamaki with its calm and shallow waters being an ideal choice for all ages and suitable for families with young children. This area is one of the places where the Caretta-Caretta turtle nests and is a protected area from the National Marine Park. Other things to note • The durability fee is paid in cash upon arrival, as it is not subject to table or card commissions. The sustainability fee is 15 euros per night. • The cleaning service is carried out every 3 days. • Tap water is not drinkable. Registration Details 1047526
