Pound house has 2 double bedrooms, plus a sofa bed with mattress topper included in the living room, sleeping 6. The house has hotel quality linen and large fluffy towels. There is one main bathroom with a shower over bath. Downstairs is an open plan living dining room, along with a separate kitchen which is fully equipped for your home away from home, with fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave and a washing machine. Outside you'll find a garden with patio and garden furniture for catching afternoon or evening sun. A wide screen TV and high speed broadband. We welcome 2 small, well-behaved dogs at this property and charge £35 per pet per stay (invoiced separately). There is space for 2 cars, and access is via a lock box for self check in. Early check-in or late check-out requests are charged at £15 per hour and are subject to availability. These requests must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance to allow for changes to housekeeping rotas. We require all guests to complete a Guest Info form (to agree to our T&Cs and House Rules) and submit a copy of a valid ID prior to the release of check-in details. It is also approximately 10 minutes walk to Warwick House (wedding venue) and just 10 mins by car from Junct 12 M40 at Gaydon, 10 min from HS2 compounds at Ladbroke, 15 mins from Leamington train station. You are also close to the Fosse Way, a 40 minute drive will see you in Moreton-in-Marsh or Chipping Camden, the heart of Cotswold country. Alternatively, 30 minutes in the opposite direction will take you to Birmingham, with its NEC and airport. Situated with close proximity to Warwick, Leamington, Banbury, Rugby, Daventry, and Coventry with easy access to the M40 just 10 mins away. Also close by are several HS2 compounds.
