A modern open plan 2-bedroom terraced house located on a cul-de-sac just a few minutes walk to the town centre or Warwick House wedding venue. Perfect for friends and families or contractors visiting Southam and the surrounding areas. Sleeps up to 6 guests with 2 separate beds + 1 sofa bed. Parking is included for 2 vehicles. The space Pound house has 2 double bedrooms, plus a sofa bed with mattress topper included in the living room, sleeps 6. The house has hotel quality linen and large fluffy towels. There is one main bathroom with a shower over bath. Downstairs is an open plan living dining room, along with a separate kitchen which is fully equipped for your home away from home, with fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave and a washing machine. Outside you'll find a garden with patio and garden furniture for catching afternoon or evening sun. A wide screen TV and high speed broadband. We welcome 2 small, well-behaved dogs at this property and charge £35 per pet per stay (invoiced separately). Guest access There is space for 2 cars, and access is via a lock box for self check in. Early check-in or late check-out requests are charged at £15 per hour and are subject to availability. These requests must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance to allow for changes to housekeeping rotas. We require all guests to complete a Guest Info form (to agree to our T&Cs and House Rules) and submit a copy of a valid ID prior to the release of check-in details. We assure you that all submissions are encrypted and are treated according to GDPR rules.
