Splash by the huge private pool (with dedicated hydromassage jacuzzi area), suntan under the warm sun or relax in the air-conditioned interiors: Villa Eleni will amaze you! Inside, Villa Eleni is conveniently set over one floor, right above the pool terrace, and is reached via a set of steps from the private parking area (with space for up to 2 cars). To offer great privacy to the guests, the upper floor of the building is empty and not occupied, therefore only the lower level (by the pool) is rented in order to have a detached villa with private pool. for the convenience of our giests, wether they are families, friends or couples, the accommodation is split between a main house and a self contained studio. The main house has a fully equipped kitchen with sitting/dining area, a sea facing double bedroom, a sea facing twin bedroom and a spacious family shower room. The self contained studio has twin beds, breathtaking sea views and its own bathroom with bathtub + shower over. Spacious front terraces, equipped with dining table, sofas and barbecue, provide the perfect complement for summer living while enjoying the sensational views over the bay of Kalami. If the interiors of Villa Eleni are lovely, the outdoor areas of the villa are truly sensational. Not many properties in the area have such an amazing pool, unobstructed views, and perfect location close to the bay of Kalami! The huge private pool measures 8.7m x 5.5m (depth between 0.7m and 1.7m). Access is via Roman Steps and the pool is beautifully lit at night. In addition, from the 2021 season, one section of the pool will be provided with jacuzzi jets for an unforgettable hydromassage while enjoying the views of Kalami, the sea and the yachts below. The extensive terraces, equipped with tables, chairs, rattan sofas, shades, all enjoy the same magnificent views and are the perfect spot to denjoy a delicious meal or a drink. Private parking is available within the premises (for up to 2 cars). NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates. Other things to note On the 15th of December 2023, the Greek Government introduced a new tax on holiday rentals with the aim to fight the climate emergency. The new “climate resilience tax” bacame effective in 2024 and will be consequently increased from 1st of January 2025 to the foreseen amount of 2 euros per property per night for studios and apartments and 15 euros per property per night for villas and large holiday homes (details are still under review, and official figure for each specific property will be added to the pre arrival info for all our guests). Therefore, for example, a stay of 7 nights in a villa during 2025 summer (non depending on the number of guests staying) will have a total climate resilience tax of euros 105. For all the existing and future reservations, the amount will be payable locally on arrival. Despite being this a sudden decision, which caused a considerable surprise in ourselves, we are therefore obliged to comply with the new regulation informing all our present and future guests of this extra charge.
