Our team will do their utmost to ensure the apartment is handed over as quickly as possible. Mandatory Reports: Any problems or defects in the apartment must be reported within 1 hour of arrival to allow for prompt intervention. Waste Management - Separate Waste Collection: To preserve our beloved Earth, all municipalities on Lake Como have established separate waste collection, which must be sorted into the following categories: Glass / Plastic / Paper / Unsorted Waste Important: Garbage bags are provided exclusively upon arrival. Any additional bags must be purchased separately by the guest (small, transparent bags).
