Quiet Getaway

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a family room, a fully operational kitchen which includes silverware, dishes, pots and pans, a dinette area, wifi, cable, a washer and dryer, an ironing board and iron and a fireplace. There is a king-size bed in the master, a queen-size bed in the 2nd room and 2 full-size beds in the third bedroom. It sleeps 8 people comfortably. This property will give you the sense of being right at HOME. There's a 5% hotel tax added and $5 transportation fee. The space The master bedroom is very spacious with a smart TV with cable, low night lighting to put you at ease. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a flat screen TV with cable. The 3rd bedroom has two full size beds with a smart TV just right for family. The family room is nice and cozy. It has a smart TV with cable. It also has a fire place that will heat both family room and dining room area. There's a set of outdoor horses shoes for outdoor gaming. They are kept in the broom closet in the kitchen. There's also 4 TV table sets located in the broom closet. Guest access If you are looking for Wal-Mart and eating places, when you leave the property they are located less than 2 miles away. The mall is less than two miles away very convenient for shopping. We have additional parking in the back yard if you are towing trailers and need somewhere to place them. Other things to note If there is any smoking of any kind inside property or smell of illegal drugs such as marijuana or any kind, there will be a surcharge of $350.00 added to your stay. Also, there should be no pets, if any evidence of pets or any pets are seen in or on property, there will be a fee added of $350.00 and you will be asked to vacate the property with no refund. We ask you to leave the property as you found it. If you move any furniture please place it back where you found it. Please leave all beds unmade. All towels and bath towels are to be placed on the floor beside bath tub. Please remove all trash from the house and place it into the trash can provided outside. Trash cans need to be placed on curb on SUNDAY NIGHTS for Monday morning pick up. There's a barbeque grill located on the patio. Feel free to use it but clean it after use so other guest can use it also. We have extra blankets provided for you in the top of each closet. If they are used please place them on the luggage rack in the closet. There's a 5% Hotel and Motel tax & $5.00 transportation fee added by the state of Georgia effective July 01, 2021. The City of Waycross Georgia will be collecting this Tax and Fee.
