We kindly ask to fill in a form before arrival in order to speed up the check-in process*** My apartment can host up to 15 pp and is located in a strategic position for sightseeing. The metro stop 'Baldo degli Ubaldi' is 50m away and only 3 stops from Vatican city. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet and has many amenities. I offer transfer service to/from airport / Civitavecchia Port, other locations and tours to Rome. The space The apartment has: - 3 spacious Bedrooms ( every room has its private bathroom). - 3 bathrooms - 3 balconies to enjoy the sun in spring and in summer. - 1 Kitchen. The kitchen is full-furnished and it has everything you need to cook and to enjoy your meal/breakfast for 15 pp. It has oven, cooker, kettle, frying pain, fork, spoon, knifes and so on. At check in time towels, bed sheets and blanket will be provide to every guest. The apartment has a free high speed WI-FI Internet access. Guest access The guests have all the apartment for their own availability. NOBODY ELSE EXCEPT THEM CAN ENTER DURING THEIR STAY. Guests are required to provide their passport. Other things to note We offer our guests pick-up and drop-off service to/from the airports (Fiumicino international airport or Ciampino) and port. Other destinations are also covered. Ask us ! We can help organising tours in Rome and other cities like Florence, Naples, Siena and so on to let our guests fully experience their holidays.
