Your days here are made for the water. Bring your boat and tie up to our extra-large dock, which offers plenty of seating in both the sun and shade. Spend your time boating, fishing, or swimming in the calm cove. We provide 2 kayaks, a canoe, a paddle board, and plenty of floats and water toys for your enjoyment.Water depth is 15 ft. at the dock, perfect for fishing, swimming and boating. Inside, the house features a modern, open-concept design. The fully-equipped kitchen flows into a dining area with a large table, perfect for group meals. Unwind in one of the two separate living areas, curl up by the indoor fireplace in the winter, or grill up a feast on the BBQ. If you need to plug in, a dedicated workspace is also available. As evening approaches, gather around the fire pit for s'mores. Then, prepare for a spectacular show—what our guests call the very best sunsets on the lake! The community boat launch is just a few houses away and the dock has several cleats for tying up your boat. The house has an upstairs and downstairs living area, each with their own Smart TV’s. Five minutes from the Food Lion and a quick boat ride to restaurants and marinas. Please be aware that there is an incline between the dock and the house, so may not be suitable for those with heart issues or unable to climb stairs. Outdoor areas include a deck off the kitchen, patio off the downstairs living area with charcoal grill, a firepit area, and an extra large dock. Don't miss the refrigerator in the boat house to store your drinks and food to enjoy while you are on the dock. One small, house-trained dog is also welcome with a $100 pet fee. No cats due to allergies, please.
