A spacious 2 bedroom apartment centrally located in the small but lovely village of Harbury. Ideal for business travellers, contractors, holiday makers or visiting friends & family. Sleeps up to 5 guests with 3 separate beds plus 1 sofa bed and 1 bathroom. Also perfectly placed for contractors working on HS2. The space Vicarage Apartment has it’s own private entrance and secure gated garden (separate to the apartment). On the first floor with just one other apartment below it, Vicarage Apt has 2 bedrooms - the master bedroom has zip and link super king size beds, the second bedroom is a double. The living room/ diner has a smart TV and FREE high speed Wifi. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything required for holiday dining including a fridge/ freezer, and enough cutlery, crockery and glasses for everyone staying. There is also a washing machine available for guests to use. We welcome 1 small, well-behaved dog at this property and charge £35 per pet per stay (invoiced separately). Guest access Plenty of unrestricted on street parking available outside the house. Access is via a lock box for self check in. We require all guests to complete a Guest Info form (to agree to our T&Cs and House Rules) and submit a copy of a valid ID prior to the release of check-in details. We assure you that all submissions are encrypted and are treated according to GDPR rules. Early check-in or late check-out requests are charged at £15 per hour and are subject to availability. These requests must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance to allow for changes to housekeeping rotas.. Other things to note Option to use the sofa bed at £10 per stay, invoiced separately.
