The space Vicarage Apartment is a spacious, light-filled first-floor home with its own private entrance and a secure gated garden—perfect for giving your dog some outdoor space. Located above just one other apartment, it offers peace and privacy in the heart of Harbury village. Inside, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms: The master bedroom features a zip and link super king bed, which can be arranged as twins on request. The second bedroom offers a cosy double bed, ideal for couples, friends or family. There’s also a sofa bed in the living area, allowing the apartment to sleep up to five guests in total The bright and airy living/dining room includes a Smart TV and FREE high-speed WiFi, making it easy to unwind or work remotely. The dining area seats four. You'll also find a well-equipped kitchen, stocked with everything you need for holiday cooking—fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, and plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses for everyone. A washing machine is also available for guest use. We welcome one small, well-behaved dog at this property. A charge of £35 per stay applies and will be invoiced separately. With unrestricted on-street parking, flexible sleeping arrangements and a central location close to Leamington Spa, Warwick and the M40, Vicarage Apartment is ideal for both short breaks and longer stays—whether you’re visiting for work or a relaxing countryside getaway. Guest access Plenty of unrestricted on-street parking is available outside the house. Access is via a lock box for self-check-in. We require all guests to complete a Guest Info form (to agree to our T&Cs and House Rules) and submit a copy of a valid ID prior to the release of check-in details. We assure you that all submissions are encrypted and are treated according to GDPR rules. Early check-in or late check-out requests are charged at £15 per hour and are subject to availability. These requests must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance to allow for changes to housekeeping rotas. Other things to note Option to use the sofa bed at £10 per stay, invoiced separately.
