Located in the heart of the Amalfi Coast in Conca dei Marini, halfway between Amalfi and Positano, it is the perfect location to easily reach any place you want to visit. At the same time, its elevated position ensures that our guests can enjoy the utmost privacy and enjoy a spectacular view of the sea, mountains and coastline. Complete with any comfort and amenities, it is the ideal solution for all travelers. The space La Cascina - Villa Nenno is a large villa of 150 square meters that is spread over 2 levels, to embellish this typical coastal residence are the terrace and the external garden very large and furnished to ensure the greatest comfort of our guests. The villa is furnished in a typically coastal style with floors and many other furnishings in ceramic. The villa has a large eat-in kitchen in which there are all the appliances you may need (fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, American coffee machine dishwasher, microwave, kettle). Follows a very spacious and bright living room, furnished with a sofa, a sofa bed that accommodates 2 people, work station and TV corner. From here you can also access a bathroom complete with all services and a laundry room. Adjacent to the living room is the first bedroom, equipped with a queen size double bed and a single bed (both with topper) as well as a very comfortable en-suite bathroom, also complete with all services. Here you will also find a work station and a wardrobe. The master bedroom is located on a mezzanine above the living room, this room also has a queen size double bed (with topper) and a complete en-suite bathroom as well as a walk-in closet with safe. Both bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen are equipped with air conditioning so you can cool off on the hottest days and warm up on the coldest ones. Each guest will have a set of 3 towels and a bathrobe, and in each bathroom there will be courtesy kits of body soap, shampoo and soap bars. From the kitchen, the living room and the laundry room you can access the large outdoor terrace, which is partly sheltered from the sun so you can enjoy the fresh outside air at all times. To enjoy breakfast, lunches and special dinners you will find a lava stone table made and hand painted on the Amalfi coast. The icing on the cake is the large garden, where you will find a hot tub perfect for relaxing at any time of the day, deck chairs, a hammock and a shower... as well as being able to enjoy the shade of orange and lemon trees. Guest access To reach the villa you have to go down about 189 steps, which separate it from the street level (you will be greeted by Mario at check-in and he will give you a hand in carrying your bags, even if it is not specifically requested). If you are thinking of renting a small car, then via a secondary road it is possible to get behind the villa and access it with only 60 steps. For normal sized cars there is the possibility of parking on the street at a cost of €21 per day, in this case we kindly ask you to inform us before arrival. SITA Bus stop just 10 m from the steps, with which you can reach Amalfi and other nearby places. The municipality of Conca dei Marini provides a shuttle service, which allows you to reach with maximum ease restaurants, bars, supermarkets and in particular the beach of Conca dei Marini, one of the pearls of the Amalfi coast. Other things to note We guarantee efficient communication to our guests with a concierge service available throughout the day (excluding nighttime) and throughout the stay.
